DTS Solution Receives Its SOC 2® Type 1 Report

DTS Solution has received its SOC 2® Type 1 report. As of February 10, 2026, an independent practitioner assessed the design of our controls against the trust services criteria for security, availability, and confidentiality, in accordance with TSP Section 100, 2017 Trust Services Principles and Criteria.

This is not a certification. It is an independent examination of whether our controls are designed to provide reasonable assurance that our service commitments and system requirements are met. The distinction matters. A certification is a pass or fail label. A SOC 2® Type 1 report is a detailed, practitioner-issued assessment of how your controls are built and whether that design holds up to scrutiny.

Ours does.

What the examination covered

The scope of this examination covered the design of controls relevant to three of the AICPA’s trust services criteria: security, availability, and confidentiality. These criteria assess whether our systems are protected against unauthorized access, whether they are available for operation as committed, and whether information designated as confidential is protected accordingly.

The assessment date of February 10, 2026 establishes a point-in-time baseline. Our next milestone is SOC 2® Type 2, which will assess the operational effectiveness of those same controls over a sustained period. That work is already underway.

Why this matters for our customers

Organizations across the GCC are operating under increasing pressure to demonstrate that their third-party partners meet a verifiable standard of security assurance. Regulatory frameworks including NCA ECC, NESA, and CBUAE guidelines place explicit obligations on how organizations manage vendor risk. A SOC 2® Type 1 report gives our customers a recognized, auditor-ready artifact to include in their vendor management documentation, reducing both the audit burden on their teams and the reliance on self-attestation from their technology partners.

This examination is one part of a broader commitment to maintaining a security posture that our customers can independently verify, not just take our word for.

The team behind this milestone

Examinations of this nature require sustained internal effort before a practitioner ever gets involved. Rabia, Rizwan, Mohammad Umar, Aravind, and Meriela drove the work that made this report possible. Their contribution to this milestone is direct and deserved recognition.

What comes next

DTS Solution is committed to building on this foundation. SOC 2® Type 2 is the next stage, and it sets a higher bar: not just whether controls are designed correctly, but whether they operate effectively over time. That is the standard we are working toward.
